See Her Empowered (SHE) Network, a vibrant community of Bowney Alumni dedicated to inspiring and empowering each other to unleash their full potential. Our vision is to create a community of young women who inspire one another, break barriers, and reshape the narrative of women and girls on the African continent. We aim to connect, support, and empower alumni to foster a sense of responsibility towards themselves and society through advocacy for girls’ education. This network aligns with Bowney’s mission to expand access to quality education and gainful employment, shifting the mindset of adolescent girls in Ghana from dependence to interdependence, from limitations to possibilities, and from consumers to influencers of impact. Through the SHE Network, we aim to see our alumni emerge as influential role models, build a robust network of empowered women, and achieve continuous personal and professional growth, ultimately creating a brighter future for women and girls across the African continent.
